Instructions
  1. Select a generic product from the drop down list and modify the product specifications as desired (note that the default specifications offered are according to CODEX limits. The CODEX specifications for Milk Products can be downloaded by clicking here (PDF).
  2. Set the milk compositions.
  3. Select a source of additional milk solids from the drop down list and modify the compositions as desired.
  4. Select the desired quantity of product.
  5. Click the "CALCULATE" button.
